RIM Launches BlackBerry Curve 9320 with Dedicated BBM key

Research In Motion (RIM) has announced the new BlackBerry Curve 9320, a smartphone that brings the goodness of social media connectivity along with its classic messenger service, the BBM. This ought to appeal to BlackBerry enthusiasts are who are looking to go beyond just the BBM and be able to connect on other social networking platforms like Facebook and Twitter. Similar to the BlackBerry Curve 9220, announced recently in India, the BlackBerry Curve 9320 also features a dedicated BBM key leaving you just a click away from connecting with your BBM friends. The phone also features a stereo FM that does not eat into your active data plan, allowing you to listen to your favorite music. According to RIM, the new battery is expected to provide over 30 hours of FM radio playback or 7 hours of talk time.

BlackBerry Curve 9220 also comes preloaded with several social media apps like Facebook and Twitter and a single app allows you to post updates to various social networks while also fetching updates from these networks and other RSS feeds.
In terms of specifications, the BlackBerry Curve 9320 comes with a 2.44-inch QVGA display screen displaying 320×240 pixels. The display is not a touchscreen as this is a QWERTY type-phone. The display resolution works out to 164 ppi which is definitely on the lower side. The single core processor is aided by a 512MB RAM while a microSD card can enhance the storage capacity to 32GB.
The Phone comes with a 3.2MP rear camera with LED Flash support, and can record videos as well. The built-in GPS is used for Geo Tagging the photos. The BlackBerry Curve 9320 comes with the BlackBerry 7.1 Operating System which means it supports the mobile hotspot feature.
